Lamb

We’re now accepting Lamb Share orders! Our first 2026 harvest is scheduled for late July, with individual lamb cuts returning to our online farm store and farmers’ markets the first week of August. We’ll continue harvesting regularly and have plenty of lambs on pasture to keep us well stocked for a few months. Thank you for your patience and for supporting thoughtfully raised American lamb!
