Do I have to be home to accept your local home delivery?
No. Your order will be delivered in an insulated bag. Unpack into your freezer as soon as possible.
When will my card be charged?
Because many items are charged by the weight, your card will be charged when your order is packed.
When will my local home delivery order arrive?
Your order will arrive on your scheduled delivery date within your delivery window. If you're looking to narrow that down, you’ll receive an automated text message when we’re about 1 hour away, and another notification once your order has been delivered to your door.
When will my UPS-shipped order arrive?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships. Most orders arrive the next day, with a small number taking up to 2 days in transit depending on the destination.
