When you purchase a Whole Roasting Lamb, you receive the entire lamb, and USDA processing is included. Your Whole Roasting Lamb will weight approximately 55–65 lbs.
Whole Roasting Lambs are available for farm pickup only and will generally be ready within 2–4 weeks of placing your order. We will contact you to coordinate your pickup date. Full payment will be processed one week before your scheduled pickup.
Packaging Note: Due to its size, the Whole Roasting Lamb is not vacuum sealed. It is packaged in cotton meat netting and will be fresh (never frozen) at the time of pickup.
