When you buy a Whole Lamb Share from us, you are buying the entire lamb, and the processing is included.
A whole lamb will yield about 40 lbs of packaged meat, depending on your choice of cuts (bone in vs. boneless). Our standard cuts are listed below.
Your whole lamb will be ready for home delivery or farm pickup up to 4 weeks after you place this order. Full payment will be processed 1 week prior to the delivery or farm pickup date.
