Whole Lamb Share (~40 Lbs)
When you buy a Whole Lamb Share from us, you are buying the entire lamb, and the processing is included.
A whole lamb will yield about 40 lbs of packaged meat, depending on your choice of cuts (bone in vs. boneless). Our standard cuts are listed below.
We harvest lamb every month, towards the end of the month. During checkout, you will be asked to specify your preferred “ready by date”, as well as your delivery method of choice (flexible farm pickup, pickup at one of our Saturday markets, or home delivery per our standard schedule). Full payment will be processed 5 days prior to your selected "ready by date".

We can change any of the listed cuts to stew or ground lamb, as well as include organ meats such as heart, liver or kidneys upon request.
