When you buy a Half Lamb Share from us, you are buying an entire side of a lamb, and the processing is included.
A half lamb will yield about 20 lbs of packaged meat, depending on your choice of cuts (bone in vs. boneless). Our standard cuts are listed below.
Your Half Lamb will be ready for home delivery or farm pickup up to 4 weeks after you place this order. Full payment will be processed 1 week prior to the delivery or farm pickup date.
